Pecan and Bourbon Tart

10 Eggs
650g Soft Brown Sugar
900g Golden Syrup
10g Salt
400ml Bourbon
350g Melted Butter
20ml Vanilla Essence
1000g Chopped Pecans

Pre Heat the Oven to 160 C. Have a pre baked tart shell ready. Mix all of the ingredients together, pour into the tart shell and bake until just soft for approximately 20 minutes.

A delicious sweet dish best served hot!
